Guest Scholar Program

Learn more about the College of Professional and Continuing Studies program for guest scholars.

Guest Scholars can audit courses for personal enrichment at Adelphi’s Garden City campus. The majority of the courses in the University are open to Guest Scholars, including but not limited to literature, social sciences, history and foreign language.

Because there is no credit attached to the courses taken by a Guest Scholar there is no academic responsibility. Students who were previously or are currently enrolled as matriculated students at Adelphi University, but who have not graduated, are not eligible to enroll in this program.

Courses for Guest Scholars are only available in the fall and spring semesters.

Guest Scholars are allowed access only to Moodle course materials. They do not have access to any other services, including, but are not limited to: printing, library databases/library borrowing, LinkedIn Learning tutorials, the Learning Center/Writing Center, or any other eCampus service designed for matriculated students.
