Add to your credentials and advance your accounting career.

If you’re considering a career in accounting or are looking to move up, the Advanced Certificate in Accounting is meant for you. This 42-credit certificate program consists of undergraduate courses in accounting and business law. It also helps you meet the academic eligibility requirements to sit for the Uniform CPA examination in New York State.* The purpose of the program is to prepare students for staff accounting positions in both business and nonprofit entities. Course work in this certificate program will help in meeting the prerequisites for the MBA program with accounting specialization at Adelphi.

You can be admitted at any time during the academic year, and you must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of all existing College of Professional and Continuing Studies admissions requirements
